Section 12-3-601 - Definitions

As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Department' means the Department of Natural Resources.(2) 'Nongame wildlife' means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia which are not legally taken through hunting, fishing, trapping, or otherwise.(3) 'Wildlife' means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia.
