Section 12-5-5 - Local water authorities allowed to establish program for voluntary contributions to conservation and environmental projects

Any local water authority created pursuant to an Act of the General Assembly shall have the authority to solicit and receive from its customers voluntary donations to be used for such programs and projects as the authority may designate designed to protect and improve the quality of the waters of the state.
