As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Director' means the director of the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources.(2) 'Division' means the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources.(3) 'Water Council' means the Water Council created by Code Section 12-5-524.Amended by 2005 Ga.
