The procedures and protocols for monitoring, estimating, calculating, reporting, and certifying carbon sequestration results established by, or approved pursuant to, this article shall be the only procedures and protocols recognized by the state for the purposes of the registry as described in Code Section 12-6-223.Amended by 2021 Ga.
