As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Board' means the Board of Natural Resources.(2) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of natural resources.(3) 'Division' means the Pollution Prevention Assistance Division of the Department of Natural Resources.(4) 'Division director' means the director of the division.(5) 'Environmental Protection Division' means the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources.
