(a) This chapter shall apply to benefit corporations to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this article.(b) Except as expressly provided in this article, this article shall not repeal or modify any statute or rule of law applicable to a corporation that is not a benefit corporation.Added by 2020 Ga.
