Section 14-3-747 - Applicability to foreign corporations

In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by this article shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except for Code Sections 14-3-743 and 14-3-745 and paragraph (2) of Code Section 14-3-746.Amended by 2023 Ga.
