Where procedures are not provided in this chapter, the court shall proceed in accordance with:(1) Title 17 in a delinquency proceeding; and(2) Chapter 11 of Title 9 in all other matters.Added by 2013 Ga. Laws 127,§ 1-1, eff. 1/1/2014.
