Section 15-15-7 - Office space; expenses

(a) The child support receiver shall maintain an office within the county courthouse or within other suitable office space provided by the county or counties.(b) It shall be the responsibility of the governing authority of the county or counties to budget for all expenses, including rent, utilities, telephone expenses, materials, and supplies, for the Office of the Receiver of Child Support.
