The provisions of this article shall apply to a municipality authorized by the provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 32 of Title 36 to establish and maintain a municipal court, including a municipality for which a county is furnishing municipal court services pursuant to a contract authorized by Article 9 of Chapter 10 of this title.Added by 2012 Ga.
