The moneys arising from fines and bond forfeitures paid into the county treasury shall be kept separate and distinct from the county funds arising from other sources, and distinct and separate accounts of such funds shall also be kept by the county treasurer on the basis of the court from which the funds are received.Amended by 2015 Ga.
