Section 15-21-176 - Commission recommendations to Governor and General Assembly

The commission may recommend to the Governor and the General Assembly changes in state programs, statutes, policies, budgets, and standards relating to the provision of driver education and training in this state, with the objective of maximizing participation in driver's education and training and accident reduction.Added by 2005 Ga.
