Section 15-21-141 - Definitions

As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Commission' means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142.(2) 'Trust fund' means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148.Amended by 2002 Ga. Laws 748, § 1, eff. 7/1/2002.
