Section 15-5-83 - Commission assigned to Supreme Court; authority to receive and expend appropriations

(a) The commission shall be assigned for administrative purposes to the Supreme Court, in the same manner as executive branch agencies are assigned to executive branch departments under Code Section 50-4-3.(b) The commission is authorized to receive and expend such appropriations as may be expressly provided by the General Assembly together with such federal funds and other funds as may be made available from public or private sources.
