It shall be unlawful to use an emergency exit door after having violated Code Section 16-8-14. Any person convicted of violating this Code section shall be guilty of and punished as for a misdemeanor.Amended by 2018 Ga. Laws 388,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2018.Repealed by 2015 Ga. Laws 70,§ 3-1, eff. 7/1/2015.
