Georgia Legal Code
(a) A person is guilty of a misdemeanor when that person leaves in any place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended, or discarded container which has a compartment of more than 1 1/2 cubic feet capacity and a door or lid which locks or fastens automatically when closed and which cannot easily be opened from the inside, without first removing the lid, door, or locking device from such container.(b) A person is guilty of a misdemeanor when that person leaves in any place accessible to children any abandoned or discarded motor vehicle which does not have at least one door which can easily be opened from the inside or one door or window which has been removed.
