Section 16-9-131 - Criminal prosecution

Whenever an investigation has been conducted by the Attorney General under this article and such investigation reveals conduct which constitutes a criminal offense, the Attorney General shall have the authority to prosecute such cases or forward the results of such investigation to any other prosecuting attorney of this state who shall commence any criminal prosecution that he or she deems appropriate.Amended by 2015 Ga.
