Section 17-10-8 - Payment of fine in felony case; rebate or refund of fine not permitted upon revocation of probation

(a) In a felony case, when a statutory fine amount is not set by law, upon conviction, the court may impose a fine not to exceed $100,000.00.(b) In any case when probation is revoked, the defendant shall not be entitled to any rebate or refund of any part of the fine paid.Amended by 2018 Ga.
