The fee of the district attorney arising under this article shall be paid by the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of the State of Georgia upon receipt of the order for the payment of such fees that has been approved by the state information agency. Payment shall be made from funds appropriated for the operation of the district attorneys.Amended by 2008 Ga. Laws 564,§ 18, eff. 7/1/2008.
