Section 19-11-112 - Authority of tribunal

Under this article, a tribunal in Georgia may serve as an initiating tribunal to forward proceedings to a tribunal of another state and as a responding tribunal for proceedings initiated in another state or foreign country.Amended by 2013 Ga. Laws 224,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
