This article shall not affect a power of attorney given to a grandparent prior to September 1, 2018, to which the provisions of former Code Sections 19-9-120 through 19-9-129, as such existed on August 30, 2018, shall continue to apply.Added by 2018 Ga. Laws 285,§ 2-2, eff. 9/1/2018.
