Section 2-7-61 - Records to be kept; access by Commissioner; confidentiality

(a) Any person issued a license, permit, or registration under this article may be required by the Commissioner to keep accurate records containing the following information: (1) The delivery, movement, or holding of any pesticide or device, including the quantity thereof;(2) The date of shipment and receipt;(3) The name of consignor and consignee; and(4) Any other information necessary for the enforcement of this article, as prescribed by the Commissioner.(b) The Commissioner shall have access to the records required in subsection (a) of this Code section at any reasonable time, in order to copy or make copies of such records, for the purpose of carrying out this article. Unless required for the enforcement of this article, the information derived from such records shall be confidential and, if summarized, shall not identify an individual person.
