Section 2-8-126 - Receipt, collection, and disbursement of funds

The Commissioner is authorized and it shall be his or her duty to receive, collect, and disburse the funds of the commission qualifying and operating under this article. The Commissioner shall disburse funds of the commission only upon the written authorization of the commission.Added by 2006 Ga. Laws 652,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2007.
