The department shall promulgate rules for the administration and enforcement of this article. The promulgation, adoption, and amendment of rules and regulations by the commission shall be subject to the requirements of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act'.Added by 2019 Ga.
