Section 20-14-40 - Confidentiality of identifiable individual student performance data

All identifiable individual student performance data and information and reports received by the office, the Department of Education, and the State Board of Education under this part from schools or school systems shall be deemed confidential and may not be disclosed.Amended with no change by 2004 Ga.
