Except as otherwise provided in Code Section 20-2-84.4, this article shall not apply to a local school system which has become a charter system pursuant to Code Section 20-2-2063.2 or which is in the process of applying to become a charter system.Added by 2008 Ga. Laws 394,§ 1, eff. 4/9/2008.
