As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Board of directors' or 'board' means the board of directors of the education savings authority.(2) 'Commission' means the Georgia Student Finance Commission.(3) 'Director' means a member of the board of directors.(4) 'Education savings authority' means the Georgia Education Savings Authority created by this article.Added by 2024 Ga.
