There is created a public authority, a body corporate and politic, to be known as the Georgia Education Savings Authority, which shall be deemed to be an instrumentality of this state and a nonprofit public corporation.Added by 2024 Ga. Laws 457,§ 1-1, eff. 4/23/2024.
