The authority may, by appropriate resolution, trust indenture, mortgage, or other security agreement, provide the holders of any of its revenue bonds or interest coupons such rights and remedies, in law or in equity, as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the issuance of such obligations.Reenacted by 2024 Ga.
