Any residency requirements established pursuant to this part shall provide, at a minimum, that full-time Georgia employees of Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) based in Georgia that are recognized by the United States Department of State, and their spouses and dependents, shall be classified as residents of Georgia.Added by 2004 Ga.
