Except where prohibited by federal law, rules, or regulations or rules, regulations, or policies of the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia, local units of administration shall be authorized to utilize personnel funded under this article to administer and coordinate community education programs and activities as well as to execute their assigned duties and responsibilities related to adult literacy education.Amended by 2011 Ga.
