All employees who were formerly employed by the State Board of Postsecondary Vocational Education and who have become employees of the Technical College System of Georgia under this article shall continue to have all rights and benefits of employment, including retirement benefits, that they had when employed by the State Board of Postsecondary Vocational Education.Amended by 2008 Ga.
