Section 20-4-40 - Program for quick start training established

There is established a supplemental program to provide special quick start training to meet the employment training needs of new and expanding industry as well as certain existing industries which may qualify under rules established by the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia. The program shall be governed by the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia.Amended by 2011 Ga. Laws 225,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2011.
