Section 21-2-576 - Destroying, defacing, or delaying delivery of ballots

Any person who willfully destroys or defaces any ballot or willfully delays the delivery of any ballots shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Amended by 2010 Ga. Laws 632,§ 30, eff. 7/1/2010.
