Section 21-2-589 - Willful omissions by poll officers

Any poll officer who willfully:(1) Fails to file the voter's certificate of any elector actually voting at any primary or election;(2) Fails to record voting information as required by this chapter; or(3) Fails to insert in the numbered list of voters the name of any person actually voting shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
