Section 24-11-24 - Continuance in proceeding to establish lost or destroyed paper

In a proceeding to establish lost papers under Code Section 24-11-23, no continuance shall be granted unless it appears reasonable and just to the court; nor shall a continuance be allowed to the same party more than once, except for providential cause.Added by 2011 Ga. Laws 52,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2013.
