Section 24-11-25 - Establishment of lost or destroyed paper

When a rule nisi has been served as provided in Code Section 24-11-23, the court shall grant a rule absolute establishing the duplicate of the lost or destroyed paper sworn to, unless good and sufficient cause is shown why the rule absolute should not be granted.Added by 2011 Ga.
