A witness in making a claim or proof of a claim for witness fees for attendance shall indicate the date on which he or she attended and, in the event of a continuance, shall not claim or receive witness fees for any day after the date to which the docket shows the proceeding was continued nor for any day before the continuance was granted on which he or she did not attend.Added by 2011 Ga.
