This article shall be interpreted and construed so as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws of the states which enact it and shall be applicable only to such states as shall enact reciprocal powers to this state relative to the matter of securing attendance of witnesses as provided in this article.Added by 2011 Ga.
