Section 24-13-134 - Availability to state and defendant of deponent's previous statements

The state or the accused shall make available to each other, for examination and use at the taking of a deposition pursuant to this article, any statement of the witness being deposed which is in the possession of the state or the accused and which would be required to be made available if the witness were testifying at the trial.Added by 2011 Ga.
