Section 24-13-138 - Agreement of parties to deposition

Nothing in this article shall preclude the taking of a deposition, orally or upon written questions, or the use of a deposition by agreement of the parties with the consent of the court.Added by 2011 Ga. Laws 52,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2013.
