Section 24-3-1 - Parol evidence contradicting writing inadmissible generally

Parol contemporaneous evidence shall be generally inadmissible to contradict or vary the terms of a valid written instrument.Added by 2011 Ga. Laws 52,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2013.
