(a) Water-based fire protection shop drawings shall be reviewed for code compliance with the state minimum standards by a certificate of competency holder.(b) The reviewing certificate holder's signature, printed name, and certificate number indicating such compliance shall be indicated on submitted plans.(c) Noncode compliance dictated by bid documents shall be reported by means prescribed by the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
