Section 25-12-20 - Delegation of authority by the Commissioner

Any authority, power, or duty vested in the Commissioner by any provision of this chapter may be exercised, discharged, or performed by a deputy, assistant, or other designated employee acting in the Commissioner's name and by his delegated authority.
