Section 25-15-65 - Compliance of existing rides

This article shall not be construed so as to prevent the use of any existing amusement ride found to be in a safe condition and to be in conformance with the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this article. Owners of amusement rides in operation on or before the effective date of this article shall comply with the provisions of this article and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this article within six months after the adoption of such standards and regulations.Transferred from 34-12-17 and amended by 2012 Ga.
