Section 25-15-100 - State liability not created

Neither this article nor any provision of this article shall be construed to place any liability on the State of Georgia, the office, or the Commissioner with respect to any claim by any person, firm, or corporation relating in any way whatsoever to carnival rides and any injury or damages arising therefrom.Transferred from 34-13-22 and amended by 2012 Ga.
