All carnival rides and attractions shall be inspected annually and may be inspected more frequently by a licensed inspector at the owner's or operator's expense. If the carnival ride meets all relevant provisions of this article and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this article, the licensed inspector shall provide to the owner or operator a certificate of inspection. All new carnival rides shall be inspected before commencing public operation.Transferred from 34-13-8 and amended by 2012 Ga. Laws 755,§ 4, eff. 5/2/2012.
