The office may waive the requirement of Code Section 25-15-86 if the owner of a carnival ride gives satisfactory proof to the office that the carnival ride has passed an inspection conducted by a federal agency or by another state whose standards and regulations for the inspection of such a carnival ride are at least as stringent as those adopted pursuant to this article.Transferred from 34-13-9 and amended by 2012 Ga.
