Section 25-15-95 - Existing rides

This article shall not be construed so as to prevent the use of any existing carnival ride found to be in a safe condition and to be in conformance with the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this article.Transferred from 34-13-17 and amended by 2012 Ga. Laws 755,§ 4, eff. 5/2/2012.
