Consistent with the Federal Meat Inspection Act, 21 U.S.C. Section 601, et seq., the Commissioner may exercise concurrent jurisdiction with the secretary of agriculture of the United States and may enforce this article and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto without regard to licensing agency.Amended by 2016 Ga.
